Ho‘oku‘u is a release process that helps you identify what you have been carrying, such as emotional burdens, attachments, or inherited patterns, and consciously let go of what no longer belongs in your present life. Through this release, you can find inner peace around old events, reclaim your energy and choice, and move forward with greater freedom and alignment.

In the Huna process, the person connects with the emotion or limiting decision and its earliest/root experience, gains cooperation from the Unconscious Mind, and asks the Higher Self to remove the condition while preserving its positive learnings and establishing new ways of responding.

We will release anger, sadness, fear, hurt/pain, guilt/shame, and one negative belief.
