Tracey Wright
Founder & Keeper of The Nest
As the founder of Range of Light Coaching, I have trained in various modalities over the past two decades. My formal training began in Ayurvedic Healing, Acupressure, Herbology, Qigong, Reiki, and Meditation. These practices led me towards deepening in specific areas such as Hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programing, Feminine Power, Process Coaching, Somatic Awareness, Internal Family Systems, and Compassionate Inquiry. As a wilderness guide and explorer, the natural world has been a consistent teacher. This modality weaves together all the gems discovered from years of self-work and practice with clients and students. My life experience includes two decades of marriage, where we’re raising three children. I enjoy working with couples and facilitating group classes for couples as well as women's groups. I have a private practice in downtown Sonora, California, where I see clients in person as well as seeing clients around the globe on Zoom and phone. My deep compassion gives me the ability to meet and understand others without judgment.

Barbara Georges
Holistic Aesthetician & Coach
Barbara is a licensed aesthetician and holistic skincare practitioner devoted to exploring the skin as a vital organ of communication. Her work is inspired by years of learning—both in the treatment room and beyond—and by the intelligence of nature and the body’s innate rhythms. Informed by studies in herbal medicine, somatics, homeopathy, energy work, meditation, and nutrition, she offers a deeply integrative approach to skin health and whole-person well-being. Through functional facials and Range of Light Coaching, Barbara meets each person where they are, honoring the skin and consciousness as portals to deeper self-awareness, self-love, and transformation. Her in-person and remote self-care consultations are designed to support the subtle interplay between lifestyle, nervous system health, and emotional balance—key elements in the skin’s vitality. Each session becomes a space for exploration, integration, and ease—using consciousness as a gateway to healing and renewal.

Kait Singley
Mindful Somatic Coach
I’m a Mindful Somatic Coach who listens with my whole being—body, intuition, and attunement to the living world. My work is rooted in the deep knowing that healing is inherently relational—that we come home to ourselves through connection: with our bodies, each other, with the Earth and all its elements. I bring a mosaic of lived experience to this practice: years of tending soil and seed as a farmer, crafting medicines as an herbalist, holding space at life’s thresholds, guiding youth through rites of passage, and apprenticing myself to the wild rhythms of Earth. I’ve worked as a bodyworker, naturalist, Permaculture designer, ceremonialist, sex educator, ancestral skills artisan, and death midwife. Across all of these, I remain a student of right relationship—with land, with lineage, with community. These threads have taught me to trust what is cyclical and alive, to move at the pace of life—whether that means pausing in stillness or sparking into spontaneous, intuitive action. My sessions are experiential and body-led, guided by somatics, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Deep Ecology, and embodied psychology. I also draw on my training in authentic relating, non-violent communication, and the lifelong practice of decolonization. This work is trauma-informed at its roots—honoring each person’s unique pace, capacity, and nervous system wisdom. Breath, movement, sound, and intuitive inquiry open the door to curiosity, insight, and sometimes even surprise and delight. This work is not about fixing—it’s about remembering and rooting into what’s already true, restoring connection to the wisdom of your body and the more-than-human world. Where vitality becomes the compass, and sacred play is part of the prayer.

Dana Oneto
Yoga Instructor & Coach
My journey to coaching began with a deep desire to heal and transform—from feeling fractured and disconnected to becoming a whole, joyful, and integrated human being. From childhood, I was immersed in healing practices, exploring everything from Native American ceremonies to Ashram life in India, and spending time at Esalen and Harbin Hot Springs. My adventurous spirit led me across the world, learning from incredible teachers and experiences. Yet, despite my seeking, I often felt lost in my own internal struggles, battling depression, addiction, and suicidal thoughts—until I found a turning point in the Sierra Foothills, where I met my mentor, Tracey Wright. My path of self-discovery led me to yoga, where I became a certified 200+ hour instructor in 2002. Teaching yoga in Arnold, CA, and eventually co-owning studios in Murphys and Sonora, I found purpose in guiding others toward healing through movement and mindfulness. For over 15 years, I’ve studied and practiced Range of Light Coaching with Tracey, earning my certification in 2022. I later deepened my expertise as a certified well-being coach through the Chopra IIN program. Today, I continue my growth through training in Somatic Yoga, massage, and Tai Chi while supporting my clients on their own journeys. My students say my open-hearted approach makes them feel safe, seen, and empowered. I believe my role is to offer tools that bring richness and joy to life—no matter the circumstances. I am here to listen, reflect, and help you rediscover a more whole and integrated

Sue Alva
Massage & Cranial Sacral Therapist
In a calm and nurturing environment, I offer a variety of non-disrobing modalities that aid in the body’s miraculous natural ability to heal: Reflexology, Cranial Sacral, and Acupressure/Shiatsu. I am passionate about “whole person” health and healing, which encompasses facilitating release, relief from pain, relaxation, rejuvenation, and renewal of body, mind, and spirit. I recognize the following attributes are part of “whole person” health: a calm nervous system, a relaxed mind and body, increased energy, and a strong felt sense of well-being, supported by an awake mind/body connection. I have learned through my own personal journey that our body alone does not determine physical health and wellness. It is the interaction between physical, mental, and emotional states of wellness that does. The effects of the mind on the body are quite significant. We know that stress can raise your blood pressure and blood sugar levels, increase feelings of pain and exhaustion, all while wreaking havoc on your emotions. Treated with humanity and truly cared for with compassion, respect, and empathy, I believe we can all achieve a grounded sense of ease and joy in our bodies and minds. I bring to my sessions a back-to-basics “special touch.” Some call it a “therapeutic touch," an “intuitive sensitive awareness,” and a “somatic or grounding presence.". For me, this special touch is born out of love and compassion to support one’s journey to self-healing, prompt inner peace, and promote quality of life in all aspects of health and well-being.
